History
Crocker Electric began as a small dream by the founders Erica Torre and Jeff Van Rees. They got married in the year 2000 and the dream was created soon after. They not only wanted to build a life together, but also wanted to combine their knowledge and passion to make an impactful company and create the lifestyle best for them and soon their children.
They had been living in San Francisco up until their move to Sacramento where they set the plan into action. Driven by their entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a difference, Erica and Jeff pooled their resources and founded their own electrical contracting company, named Crocker Electric. The name Crocker being a tribute to the community they resided in San Francisco. With little more than a handful of tools and a boundless enthusiasm, they set out to illuminate homes and businesses with their expertise.
Overcoming obstacles and difficulties, they established a stunning business that expanded both in scale and expertise. Their organization has offered numerous positions that assist beginner electricians in enhancing their abilities and confidence in their profession, while also enabling seasoned electricians to push their boundaries and acquire more skills.

Jeff Van Rees, President
With over 28 years of extensive experience in the electrical contracting industry, Jeff possesses a wealth of expertise. He founded Crocker Electric Incorporated with the mission to leverage his specialized knowledge of electrical design in serving commercial, retail, and industrial projects across Northern California. Jeff attended the California State University, Chico, then moved to the bay area where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field. Additionally, his commitment to safety is underscored by his OSHA 30 certification. a testament to his dedication to professionalism and excellence in his craft.

Erica has been an integral part of Crocker Electric Incorporated since its establishment in 2007, overseeing critical aspects of the company's operations with precision and dedication. Her multifaceted role encompasses accounting, billing, contract management, and human resources, where her meticulous attention to detail ensures the smooth functioning of essential administrative functions. Before joining Crocker Electric, Erica amassed a decade of experience in the demanding environment of investment banking in
